Angel Eke’s refusal to comply with the directives of the FOSSSA Senate was considered “intentional and intended to undermine not only the affairs and directives of the FOSSSA senate but also that of the faculty at large.”

Further accusations against the President include negligence of some executive members who are the major signatories to the FOSSSA account, who by right, are meant to be.
Also, withdrawal from the FOSSSA account without following due processes, charged with the fault of financial management.
In conclusion, Angel Eke was directed to hand over all property belonging to the faculty in her possession to other members of the executive with immediate effect as she ceases to be the FOSSSA president pending the duration of the suspension, failure of which will attract serious disciplinary actions against her.
The release was signed by the Chief Clerk, Uzoka Promise, and the Senate President, Hon. Grant Ebubechi Ujam.
