A gubernatorial candidate for the Osun State election, Ademola Adeleke, has described the election process in Osun state as peaceful and orderly.
Adeleke made this assertion after casting his vote at his polling Unit in Sagba Abogunde polling unit 9, Ede, North Local Government, Osun West Senatorial District around 9:00 am on the 23rd of February 2019, during the ongoing election.
Adeleke noted that: “The security personnel around are there to secure and protect our lives and as at this moment they have been doing that, except they do otherwise.”
He further advised all Osun people to be law-abiding and discourage any form of violence as they perform their civic duty.
It should be recalled that Adeleke lost last year’s Gubernatorial election rerun to Gboyega Oyetola who is the sitting Governor of Osun state.
